Can this combine with other seats?
Yes. The Privacy Officer seat is $2,450 standalone or $2,250 added to any existing mandate, each including one counsel day, and pairs naturally with the Fractional GC or Compliance Officer seats under one accountable lead.
Do we need a Privacy Officer under Quebec's Law 25 specifically?
Yes, if you have any Quebec employees, customers or data subjects. Law 25 requires a designated person whose title and contact details are published; by default that responsibility falls to your most senior officer if no one is named, which is rarely who should be holding privacy exposure.
Can the Privacy Officer seat handle a cross-border business?
